SHIPPING RATE

At the moment we only provide standard shipping, a shipping fee of $7.9 would be charged in your order, free shipping worldwide is available for order over $90.

 

DUTIES & TAXES

We include the cost of Duties & Taxes in your order. The price you see at checkout is is all-inclusive and there are no additional charges.

 

SHIPPING TIME

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in China. Please allow up to 1-3 business day for your order to be processed. All orders will receive a tracking number once dispatched.

 

US & Canada: 5-11 business days (excluding weekends)

UK: 4-8 business days  (excluding weekends)

The European Union: 7-14 business days  (excluding weekends)

Australia: 5-11 business days  (excluding weekends)

Southeast Asia:3-10 business days  (Including Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, excluding weekends)

Other Countries: 5-25 business days  (excluding weekends)

 

All custom products with additional order items will ship together & can take up to 7 business days (excluding weekends) for production. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a email notification with a tracking number. Once your custom order has shipped we are unable to make any changes and we do not accept returns for custom products.

Veleut is not responsible for any shipping delays incurred by any of our shipping carriers, including but not limited to weather or storm delays.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Veleut is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information being provided at checkout, please confirm your shipping address before finalizing checkout. If you receive a confirmation email with an address that needs to be updated please contact store@veleut.com as soon as possible to make any changes. Once an order has shipped we cannot make any changes to your shipping address, please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order. 

We hope you love your Veleut products; however, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We accept returns on new and unused items within 7 days of delivery. These items may be eligible for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed via the payment method used at checkout minus any shipping costs, or issued as store credit in the form of a gift code. Please contact us at store@veleut.com to initiate a return or exchange, we usually respond within 2 business days to assist.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number & a photo of the item. After 30 days, we are unable to provide a complete replacement or full/partial refund for any damaged product or products that develop wear-and-tear over time. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Veleut is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided for the order. Veleut is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information being provided at checkout. Please confirm your shipping address before finalizing checkout.

If you receive a confirmation email with an address that needs to be updated please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes. Once an order has shipped we cannot make any changes to your shipping address. We cannot refund shipping costs for shipments that are returned to us due to an error in the address provided & returned shipments may be subject to a restocking fee.

Refunds

International Shipments

Veleut does not accept international exchanges. Returns are accepted for eligible items as outlined in this policy, but exchanges for international orders are not available.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will automatically be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to finalize the transaction. If you haven’t received the refund after 15 business days from approval, please reach out to us at store@veleut.com.

At Veleut Apparel, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the item, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

If your return does not meet the following conditions on examination, then the return will be rejected and a refund will not be issued:

  • The item has been purchased via the Sunde website
  • The item is returned in its original packaging & condition, new, unworn and unwashed with tags
  • The item is not soiled/impacted by products or odour
  • The item is not damaged in any way
  • Multiple orders are not combined and are returned using the correct unique return labels
  • The item is safely packed to avoid damage in transit.
  1. Returns that are damaged, unsaleable or do not meet these conditions will be rejected, with the refund or exchange request denied.
    Items that are marked as final sale above a 30% discount are final sale are only eligable for credit and exchange only.
